SpareCity is a brand operated by Moonlight Automobiles LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India under GSTIN 06ACBFM5205C1ZU, with its registered place of business at Plot No. 4/18, New India Township Road, Poysha Industrial Complex, Near Bata Mod, NIT, Faridabad, Haryana 121001, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Moonlight Automobiles LLP. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described below.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers sparecity.com and the enquiries you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email. It does not cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

3. What we collect

Information you give us

This website has no forms, no accounts and no login. Nothing is collected from you by the site itself. If you choose to contact us, we receive whatever you send: typically your name, your phone number or email address, your vehicle model and the part you are asking about.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure. If website analytics are switched on, they collect aggregate usage statistics; they are not used to identify individuals.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and any analytics or embedded services we add later may set their own cookies; where that happens, it is disclosed here first.

• To process, pack, dispatch and deliver an order you place
• To raise a GST invoice and meet our tax and accounting obligations
• To handle a replacement, refund or warranty claim

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share only what is necessary, only with:

• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your parcel
• Payment gateways, to collect payment (we never see or store your card details)
• Our accountants and auditors, and tax authorities, where the law requires it
• Bajaj Auto Limited or its authorized channel, where a warranty claim requires it

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and then deleted. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for eight years, as required under Indian tax law. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order and customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we do not hold card details or passwords at all, which removes the most damaging category of risk.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent you have given. This site and our products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
