1. Who you are dealing with

SpareCity is a brand operated by Moonlight Automobiles LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India under GSTIN 06ACBFM5205C1ZU, with its registered place of business at Plot No. 4/18, New India Township Road, Poysha Industrial Complex, Near Bata Mod, NIT, Faridabad, Haryana 121001, India. Invoices, payments and correspondence are in the name of Moonlight Automobiles LLP.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or placing an order with us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from us. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.

3. What this website is

This website describes our business and how to reach us. It is informational. It does not take payment and does not by itself form a contract of sale.

4. Parts we supply

We supply genuine Bajaj two-wheeler and three-wheeler spare parts, sourced through Moonlight Automobiles LLP's authorized Bajaj distributorship. Parts are supplied factory sealed with the printed MRP label intact, and are matched to the part number in the official Bajaj catalog for the model stated in your order.

Fitment depends on the exact variant and year of your vehicle. Where you give us a model and we identify a part for you, we do so in good faith on the information you provide. Confirm the part number before ordering if you are unsure.

5. Placing an order

Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp, phone or email. We confirm the part number, price, shipping charge and expected delivery before you pay. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order after receiving payment. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the part is unavailable, if the price or description was stated in error, or if we cannot confirm fitment.

6. Prices

Prices are based on the maximum retail price printed by Bajaj on the part. Our selling price is a flat 5% below that printed MRP, and the same price applies to every customer. Prices are inclusive of GST. Shipping is charged separately, as set out in our Shipping Policy. MRPs are revised by Bajaj from time to time and our prices follow.

7. Payment

We sell prepaid only. There is no cash on delivery. Payment is collected in full before dispatch, through the payment methods agreed at order confirmation. We do not see or store your card details; payments are handled by the payment gateway.

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; once a parcel is handed to the courier its progress is in the courier's hands, though we will help you chase it.

9. Cancellation, replacement and refunds

Set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund; after dispatch, we replace or refund where we sent the wrong part or the part is defective, and not for a change of mind.

10. Warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty offered by Bajaj Auto Limited for that part, where one applies. We are not the manufacturer and we give no warranty of our own beyond the replacement commitments in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect fitment, accident damage or use outside the manufacturer's specification.

11. Trade marks and content

"Bajaj" and the Bajaj logo are trade marks of Bajaj Auto Limited and are used here to describe the parts we supply and our position as an authorized distributor's division. SpareCity is not owned by Bajaj Auto Limited. Part numbers and technical descriptions originate with the manufacturer. The SpareCity name, logo and the text and design of this website belong to Moonlight Automobiles LLP.

12. Using this site

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use our name or marks to represent yourself as us.

13. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the part you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including workshop downtime, loss of earnings or damage arising from a part being fitted incorrectly or fitted to a vehicle it was not specified for. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where our liability is capped, it is capped at the amount you paid for the part in question.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
